When we had to move to another state and left our house empty she made sure everything was okay with our home. We ended up having hail damage and found that we needed a new roof and had to replace the flooring that was caused by water damage. She found us contractors and oversaw the work that needed to be done. If it wasn't for her we would have had to fly back to take care of the problems we incurred from the storm.
